The Teams feature is available on the Pro and Business plans.

Adding team members
To add someone to your organisation, go to Settings → Team → Invite Team Member.1
Enter their email
Use their work email — the same address they’ll sign in with.
2

Choose Admin, Editor, or Read User based on what they need to do. See Roles at a glance below.
3
Send the invite
They’ll receive an invitation. Once they accept, they can sign in with Google, Microsoft, or email OTP — same options as you.
Roles at a glance
Pick the lowest role that lets the person do their job. Roles can be changed any time.Admin
Full access. Manages the organisation, billing, team, and every case.
Every organisation needs at least one Admin.
Editor
Day-to-day operator. Creates cases, reviews documents, manages clients and entities, builds custom workflows.
Read User
View-only. Can browse cases, clients, and dashboards — but can’t create, edit, or approve anything.
Roles & permissions matrix
Only Admin can access Settings, Billing, and the Team page. If an Editor or Read User opens those pages directly, they’ll see an Access Denied screen — by design.
Changing someone’s role
Open Settings → Team, click the user, and pick the new role. The change takes effect on their next page load — they don’t need to sign out.Disabling vs deleting
- Disable — Pauses access without removing the user. Their case history stays intact. Re-enable them later if they return.
- Delete — Removes the user permanently. Their assigned cases stay in the organisation but become unassigned.
