The Pending Review page shows every case in your organisation that’s currently waiting on a team decision — cases in Open, In Review, or Reopened states. This is the page most reviewers live in day to day. It’s faster than scrolling through All Cases because completed, cancelled, and archived work is hidden by default.

What you’ll see

Each row shows the client name, the flow being run, the current status, the assignee, the deadline, and how many documents are still pending. Most-recently-updated cases bubble to the top so the freshest activity is always visible.

What you can do

Search

Filter by client name, email, or mobile number to jump straight to a specific case.

Open a case

Click any row to open the full case view — documents, timeline, actions.

Sort by recency

The queue is sorted by last activity so the most current cases stay near the top.

Paginate

10 cases per page by default; use the controls at the bottom to move through the queue.

When to use this vs All Cases

Use Pending Review when you start your shift, or any time you want to know “what needs me right now.”Use All Cases when you’re looking for a specific historical case, building a report, or auditing past work — it includes completed, cancelled, and archived cases too.
